Attention: Debit Card users
Fraud has become a never ending event in the debit and credit card world. Your credit union has been affected as well. Recently we have taken strides to reduce our losses by pursuing numerous ways to curb this kind of activity. Due to this, there have been times recently that members were unable to use their cards even though they were being used legitimately.
Please bear with us as the industry and ourselves struggle to cope with this issue. Always carry a secondary form of payment ( another card, check or cash) as you make payment for goods and services. We will continue to pursue answers to this ongoing problem.
